If they respond timeously and are prepared to negotiate an acceptable settlement then we will be happy to have done the job for our client and will charge a minimal fee. If however an acceptable settlement does not take place within the time frame stated, we shall invite your instructions to proceed by way of a Court action to bring the matter quickly to a head, one way or another.
We will advise you at all stages of the procedure and will also give you a clear and concise indication of the costs involved whether or not our recovery of the debt is achieved.
